$Fy	Yield Strength
$Fsu	Stress at Peak Load
$ESH	Strain at initiaton of strain hardening
$ESU	Strain t Peak Load
$Youngs	Modulus of Elasticity
$ESHI	Strain for a point on strain hardening curve
$FSHI	Stress at point on strain hardening curve corresponding to ESHI
$OmegaFac	Optional: Defauult = 1.0
$Conv	Optional: Default = 1.0; Conv Factor
