Curvature durin time history record

Post by hesham ayman »

Dear all,
I perform moment curvature analysis for a fiber section in a column in multi-story R.C frame and the order I use to get the section curvature during the time history record is:
Recorder Element 1 -time -file ele1secDef.out section 1 deformation
Is the 2nd column in the output file for the above order is the section curvature?

in 2D the second column is axial straina and the third is Mz, curavture
in 3D, the last two columnsa re curvature, My and Mz.
if you put in -xml instead of -file, the header gives you what the values are.
