OpenSEES on TeraGrid

Hi,

I would like to run OpenSEES through Matlab using me Teragrid allocation. I currently run the Windows version of OpenSEES and Matlab on my laptop using the Matlab command

Would that command still work on the Teragrid computers considering that their OpenSEES version is on a Linux OS?

yes .. you just need the sequential version of opensees built for that machine .. check the opensees page http://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/p ... rallel.php
