element recorder error

Hi all.............
I am trying to use {recorder Element -file ele1sec1Force.out –time -ele 3 section 3 force}to record the element 3 forces at integration point number 3 but I get nothing in that file {ele1sec1Force.out}....
what is the problem......................................................

you have some strange character in front of time, which is not -

try:
recorder Element -file ele1sec1Force.out -time -ele 3 section 3 force

and it will work.
