P-Y model for WeakRock and ReeseStiffClay

I want to know which command in OpenSees or OpesSeesPy can define p-y model of Weakrock and ReeseStiffClay?
I found uniaxialMaterial and Pysimple 1 that just defines soft clay and sand. I appreciate it if you let me know how I can model these materials in OpenSees or OpenSeesPY and which command can be used.
