Version 3.4 compilation for windows

Dear all
I see the finalized code of new version (3.4) are available in GitHub from Dec 2021, but the compiled version available in OpenSees Berkeley site is still 3.3.0!
Is anybody compiled 3.4 version for windows? I'm not familiar with the process to compile it myself. I appreciate if you share exe file here.
