Hi everyone.
I have to use FRP to retrofit the piers of the bridge. We need to calculate tensile strain in the FRP at hoop rupture to model the FRP in the Opensees.
I have read in the papers that we have to calculate the rupture strain of FRP by doing a coupon test.
I'm not able to do this test by myself because of the lack of facilities.
Is there any way to calculate tensile strain in the FRP at hoop rupture numerically?
If you knew a numerical function to calculate the rupture strain of FRP, I would be appreciated you for writing the link in the reply section.
Thank you.

Re: rupture strain of FRP
If you do a quick literature search, I think you can find publications related to FRP rupture strain
