OpenSees PVDRecorder command

Dear Scott, I used TCL language to convert the output command PVD Recorder in openseespy, but the system shows warning and can't output pvd file. Here is my tcl code.
Does opensees not currently extend this command for the tcl language? If not, do you have a recommended software that can plot displacement and stress clouds? And what output commands do I need to combine with this software to achieve this?

recorder PVD output/pvdfile.pvd -precision 6 -dT 0.02 disp
