Hello,
I have two questions:
1)How can i control that t-z and q-z and p-y springs reach to ultimate capacity and yield ?
2) How can i control that a column in my model buckle?
Thanks

1)
this is a rather ambiguous question. it depends on the model and the type of analysis you are doing. i suggest you read the documentation on the material and when performing the analysis you monitor the stress - strain history of the material you add to see if you reach ultimate.
2)
to model buckling of a column you need to discretize the column and provide some imperfection to it. look for work done by Paxti Uriz who was very successfull in predicting the buckling of braces in some steel frames they experimented with.
