Develop a New Material

Hi all,

I am working to develop a neural network material in OpenSees. As a first step I want to implement an elastic model for 3D analysis. I know that this model has been fully implemented; however, I want to be sure I am able to implement the simplest model in OpenSees and then work in the more complex problem.

The question that I have is: Where I can find references on: How to implement a new model in OpenSees?
