FRP sheets - modelling the material help

Hi,

I am trying to model FRP sheets bonded to the external faces of FRP columns to undertake dynamic analysis of the structure. I have constructed my model using fibres and everything appears to be working fine with my time history analysis. Currently I have the external FRP jackets as a concrete material because I cannot figure out how to model the FRP sheets.

I tried using a uniaxial elastic material and MinMax material but it hasn't made a difference to the results. This doesn't account for the high tensile strength of the sheets.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
