Considering Shear in Column

How can I consider a shear in RC column considering both the transverse reinforcement and concrete.I know to combine using section Aggregator but, I dont know how to define in the material the shear limits

I am working on a similar problem and was using hysteretic material for shear model of concrete. Do you have an answer to the question you posted that you can share?
