BandGenLinLapackSolver errors

hello
How can I fix this problem after running ?
WARNING BandGenLinLapackSolver::solve() -LAPACK routine returned 6
WARNING BandGenLinLapackSolver::solve() -LAPACK routine returned 15
WARNING BandGenLinLapackSolver::solve() -LAPACK routine returned 15

replace with ProfileSPD and see what error message is
