.dll built but can't be used by opensees

I just followed the vedio ''adding your own code to opensees' in 2012 and built the ElaticPPcpp.dll file, then I　put the file in the same directory with example1.tcl ,but opensees still can't use the new material.Can anyone help? Thank you

make sure the version number of the .exe and the svn relase version you obtained are the same. if different it will not work
