dynamic analysis not performing

Sir,
I was analysing a 3d frame model using OpenSeesMP by applying 2 ground input motions. But, i am obtaining an exactly same result values for both the ground motions for every time step. Also,the values are as same as the gravity analysis result. Dynamic analysis is not being performed. I am not able to track the reason for this. I kindly request for your help to solve this.
