Steel BRB - Zona-Dall'Asta model

Is the model proposed by Zona and Dall'Asta (2012) for Steel Buckling Restrained Braces (BRB) available?
Some papers said it does, and I remember I've seen it.

there is the undocumented SteelBRB model that was added .. this is the input (given when you provide the incorrect # args)
