Can I compile Opensees on Windows 10

I recently updated from an older Vista PC and I was able to run it Opensees, but my new system is Windows 10 and I can't seem to get it to work correctly. Are there any guides that anyone knows of that might be able to help me out?
Are these hoverboards any good? Why don't they hover?!?

do you have the right version of OpenSees and tcl installed (x64 or win32 version) .. it does work with windows 10.
