Opensees versions

Post by bingryan »

Dear prof.McKenna
my model is such that the Opensees is linked to Matlab, moreover several analysis must be performed which takes a lot of time e.g. 3-5 days!
now the issue is that, after several run(1 or 2 days) the windows7 reports the error ''Opensees.exe has stopped working''. Although this kind of error is common even for other programs but my question is that, is the Opensees not compatible with windows7? because in http://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/user/download.php it is referred that ''OpenSees executables for Windows 98/2000/NT/XP/Vista are available for download'' .
thanks for your responding
