SELF-CENTERING STEEL MOMENT FRAME - PANELZONE

i am trying to model the self-centering steel moment frame (panelzone) but i couldnt figure this out , does anyone know modeling of this example?

also i emailed these people but they didnt answer .
please somebody help me
