Bug Report: ShellMITC4

Hello Frank,

I think I may have found a bug in the ShellMITC4 element. I am working on a 3-D model of a 13-story building (Dr Barbosa's model). The model runs fine in versions 2.4.0 and earlier (revision 5426 works fine), but fails during gravity in later versions (rev 5529 and up).
I changed the ShellMITC4.cpp file: commenting out line 1129 to disable the call to updateBasis() function makes the model run fine in revision 6016.
Can you take a look at this?
Also, I would like to request the OpenSeesMP binary with the change, or the steps to compile it on windows7, 32-bit.
