error in static analysis

Hi every one
I have modeled a 3D ,4story, concrete structure.
In current of static analysis this error appeared .

WARNING BandGenLinLapackSolver::solve() -LAPACK routine returned 8
WARNING NewtonRaphson::solveCurrentStep() -the LinearSysOfEqn failed in solve()
StaticAnalysis::analyze() - the Algorithm failed at iteration: 0 with domain at
load factor 0.1
OpenSees > analyze failed, returned: -3 error flag

could any one help me?
