Considering strain hardening for diffrerent types of steel

Post by afshina »

Hello Dear Silvia
I used The Giuffre–Menegotto–Pinto steel material (OpenSees STEEL02 material) with isotropic strain Hardening for Beams, Columns and Braces in a bracing frame system.
Could you please help to me about considering strain hardening for below materials?
.................. uniaxialMaterial Steel02 73 15.5 27e3 ?
A36 (carbon steel)
Lyp100 (low yield point steel)
HPS70W (high performance steel)
HPS100W (high performance steel)
Thanks a lot for your kindness.

that requires YOU to do some research into stress-strain behaviour of those materials.
