Eigen analysis bug

I would be grateful if someone could suggest any solution to by pass an error arised suring eigen analysis where the message is as follows:
WARNING BandGenLinLapackSolver::solve() -LAPACK routine returned 7

you have a singular matrix. the bug lies in your model and is probably due to insufficient boundary conditions.

The bug still apearing, and I don't know how to bypass it, is it possible to send you the FE model (simple one) to see what could you do ? and thank you beforehand.

it had better be a very very small model.
