Plastic Damage Material

Hello,

I would like to use Lee and Fenves Plastic-Damage Concrete Model, to represent degradation in a fibre section model. I have seen that it should be already implemented in Opensees as PlasticDamageMaterial, but I cannot find it in the documentation and I don't understand which parameters should be given as input.
Do you know where I can find something about it?
