Progressive Collapse Analysis using OpenSees Platform

Post by smailk »

Dear All,

I would be more than happy if someone could help me with putting node displacements which are recorded during the analysis into a variable in order to be used at some level of the finite element script to modify the model. This variable, which is a displacement, represents a failure criteria (inter storeys drift), I will used this information in order to remove element from the model.

Remaining at your disposal for further details, I am lookking forward to get your feedback.

Best wishes.
