Question about compiling

Hi, I want to compiling the source code(OpenSees) with IDE(VS 2010). However, I met a problem that "error: can not find the libifport.lib". I need help. Could you send me the file(libifport.lib) ? My email: 781440618@qq.com . Thank you very much~!
