Joint 3D Panel Zone

Dear Users
i'm looking for Joint 3D Element For Modeling Panel Zone in three Dimensional Model, as same as Joint 2D Model in OpenSeesWiki, but i couldn't find it. is this element defined and available in 3D and can any one help me ?
