Problems with the Advanced Examples

I am a new user of Opensees and I have experienced some problems regarding the Advanced Examples of the documentation. Specifically, the problems 2b, 2c and 3 have problems regarding the pushover analysis, the earthquake analysis and also the hysteretic behaviour of inelastic column is problematic. What it should be mentioned is that after earthquake analysis is done, the number of displacements are more than the number of resulting forces. I remind you that these are the examples which I run directly from the Opensees documentation, so there must be something wrong with the documentation. Has anybody experienced similar problems?? Am I doing sth wrong or the examples are not correct? And if they are not, are there any correct versions of these examples???
