Stress Strain in fibers

Hi
I am modeling a RC column with 10 dispBeamColumn Element which have 7 integration point in each element under cyclic loading after analysis I figure out that strain in rebar fibers reduce from 0.02 in the 7th integration point of the first element to 0.0001 in the first integration point of the second element!!
why is this jump in strain happening??!!
