Download Building Tcl for Windows 7

Hi all, i'm new user of Opensees ,
I would like to install Building Tcl on my pc , i have windows 7
i found this link where suppose to download Building TCL , but i'm sorry i couldn't understand what i should do exactly ?

i have tried the following steps :

1- install Tortoise SVN
2-create new folder
3- right click on the new folder >TortoiseSVN >Create repository here .
4-right click on the new folder >SVN checkout >paste on URL of repository " http://svn.opensees.berkeley.edu/usr/lo ... gTcl/trunk BuildingTcl "
but it didn't works .what is my fault , it's the URL sentence ?? or what ??
please any help , cause i'm in hurry to use Building TCL

Hi,
If I'm not making a mistake, Building Tcl and other software like it (such as OSP, ...) are not going to support OpenSEES very well. That's because they were not updated by its developers. Look at Dr fmk's comment on "OSP Download" in this forum. Anyway, I think you won't need other software programs like Building Tcl or OSP for any purposes you may follow! OpenSEES is strong enough for doing whatever you want! However, you can use MATLAB and its powerful features as a supplementary. Hope this helps.

thanks Ameri , u have right Building Tcl is not updated into opensees last version , but it's just a question about the Ease of modeling.
i'm sure that Opensees is the origin .
