Dear all
Could anyone please help me?
I have used fiber dispBeamColumn elements in my model and I need to obtain "plastic rotation" of elements at both ends of elements.
As I saw the comments, I must calculate : curvature * Lp
I can obtain curvature using "deformation recorder". The problem is that I don't know how to calculate the Lp
PLEASE give me a clue, How can I calculate Lp?
Looking forward to your guidance
Thanks

the same question,help~~!
Re: Plastic Length of fiber dispBeamColumn elements
You can use the element length or an empirical equation. There is no *one* way to determine Lp. You'll have to do a little research....
