Rotation of plastic hinge

Hi
I am modelling a moment frame with nonlinearBeamColumn elements and fiber section.i need to record rotation of plastic hinge at end of elements to control of values of rotation with FEMA.can i use basicDeformation element recorder? if Opensees is not capable of mentioned requests, please guide me about the way that I can get through the procedure of calculation due the methodology of my project.

hi
you can use element deformation recorder in sections to get rotations.

I would define rotation of a plastic hinge from the curvature.
