It seems that the parameters order in this file:
http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... KModel.tcl
are not corresponding with the description of the fonction in wikipedia page:
http://opensees.berkeley.edu/wiki/index ... n_Material
(in particular the degradation parameters).
Could you please fix the problem?
