How to model FRP material in OpenSees?

My thesis relates to FRP material but I still don't know how to model this material in OpenSees.
Does anyone know how to do it? Please help me to solve this problem.

In my problem, I want to model FRP material as an elastic-brittle material, it has 2 kind of modulus, that are, longitudinal and transverse.
So how can I do that?
