I want model pre-stressed (bonded & unbonded) tendons for concrete column, if can modeled by uniaxialMaterial init (strain or stress). please present an example for these material.

You can simulate the pre-stresses reinforcing steel in the material level by using steel02.
uniaxialMaterial Steel02 $matTag $Fy $E $b $R0 $cR1 $cR2 <$a1 $a2 $a3 $a4 $sigInit>
define the parameter $siglnit to set the initial stress.
