recorder Element

hi every body
i have little problem
when i use recorders in bellow:
recorder Element -file $data3/prCols1st.out -time -ele 1 2 plasticRotation
the OpenSees print bellow:
0.01 4.45E-07 4.70E-06 -7.44E-07 4.45E-07 7.44E-07 -4.70E-06 0.01
i dont know whats that numbers?
are they rotaion of end and start of element?
please help me

the first data is time, then you have for each element three values in the following order: axial plastic deformation, plastic rotation at node i, plastic rotation at node j
