Moment Frame with Panel Zones

I studied following example in openseeswiki:
"Pushover and Dynamic Analyses of 2-Story Moment Frame with Panel Zones and RBS"

I used this model and modeled five stories of 2D steel frame with Panel Zones in opensees. I would assess this frame using Incremental
Dynamic Analysis (IDA).

I have three questions:

1) I restrained xy10 and xy05 joints of panel zones using EqualDof in 1 direction for each floor. this is right?

2) I used "eleLoad-command" in your model for assigning distributed load on beams between plastic hinges, and left an right plastic hinges. this is right?

3) In your model all modes of cyclic deterioration are neglected. Do I consider all modes of cyclic deterioration for IDA? How can I consider all modes of cyclic deterioration by Bilin Material?
