Warning in Zero Element Length ?

Post by surasak »

I run the example file " ZeroLength1.tcl" (node 1 and 2 is the same location 0.0 0.0),
and I try to change the location of node 1 to -0.1 0.0 (previous value is 0.0 0.0) and run the program.
The results of the new script is the same as the results from ZeroLength.tcl, but there is some warning message(below).
Does it mean that we can use the zero element length in different location or not?

zero-length elements MUST have zero length, as the message implies!
