material for steel frame

can use Dodd_Restrepo uniaxialMaterial command for steel frame ( such as MRF )?

which material command indicated the collapse point for incremental dynamic analysis(ida)?

This material is developed for modeling reinforcing steel of concrete elements. I would not recommend it for modeling steel MRF.
