Q about Rigid body consrain command ?

hi all

I am looking for RIGID BODY CONSTRAIN command Like SAP2000 program so i want to model the deck of bridge at the center line which one meter above the pier end .
note: i didn't want (equal degree of freedom constrain )

I want to thank you so much for your reply. I already used it, i.e., the rigid link, but it did not work.
What i really want is to make the base shear be the same and the bending moment at the base of pier to be increased by the value of the base shear * 1 meter ( the value of the offset distance)
without changing the height of the pier entering in the stiffness calculation.
Any clue how to resolve this or what may be my mistake if any?

If you describe me the theory of rigid body command that SAP has I can tell you if in OpenSees we have a same one.

apart from SAP I just need that the bending moment recognizes the additional 1m coming from the offset of the deck from the pier without altering the pier height considered in the pier stiffness calculation
