I am trying to simulate a three-dimensional RC column to steel beam(RCS) connection of a lateral column that has 3 beams and I have problem in it,could you please help me?

the column i want model it has a coverplate around it and the beams connected to the column through it,do you know how can i model the coverplate?

how can i model the column and beams joint with springs?(3D)
how can i assign the springs to the joints?
