The new material of HyperbolicGapMaterial doesn't work

I have a problem when i use the new material of HyperbolicGapMaterial in OpenSees 2.3.2, if i write it on opensees derectly ,it works. However, when i write it in TclEditor and run it ,it doesn't work. The warning is just : while executing "uniaxialMaterial HyperbolicGapMaterial 30 20.6e6 20.3e6 0.7 -5.346e6 -2.54e-2". what's the matter?
