latest tcl editor

Hi,
I am using tclEditor ver 0.3.1 (2001). I wish to know if a newer version is available. Do you use tclEditor for opensees programming?

The latest version is 8.5.11. You can download it from the following link or from the OpenSees page after registration.

He asked for "tclEditor" not for "ActiveTcl"
I'm also using the same version of tclEditor and I couldn't find any new version of it... :(
