Can I run opensees on Windows XP 64 bit ?
And can I run it with 2 cpus?

yes and not yet. a parallel version will be coming soon, but it will probably require that you have mpi installed on your machine.

Do you mean that I can run the opensees downloaded from here on Windows XP 64 bit whithout my compiling?

yes, though it will run like a 32 bit app and you will not get the increase in virtual memory that is possible with a truly 64bit app.
