Rocking of objects subjected to ground motions

Hi. Is there a way to simulate rocking behavior of an object in OpenSees?

One of the ways of doing it would be to define springs between the two surfaces where the rocking takes place and to assign to these springs material that best describes interaction of the two surfaces.
