Sir,I am dealing with soil-structure interaction problem.I generated soil domain.I am using lysismer kuhlemeyr dashpot boundary condition.I got some idea in pedro Arduino's slide on
http://opensees.berkeley.edu/OpenSees/w ... s2008.html. [page 16 in the talk titled "Geotechnical and Solids in OpenSees"].For generating lysimer dashpot boundary,is it required to generate boundary nodes with same coordinates and with different node numbers again? After generating new nodes, zero length elements will be assigned to old and newly created nodes. Is my approach correct? What about the constraints of old and new nodes?constraints information is not properly indicated in the slide. Please help me in this regard.I will be waiting for your valuable suggestions.
