VEES visualizer moved to new address

It appears that NEESforge project repository no longer exists. The VEES visualizer has been moved to hpc2.org/resources/33
where it is available for download.
It is useful for visualizing your deformed mesh, and stress invariants p and q. It also saves timesteps in a file so you can replay and visualize them.
