Matlab automation

Hi all,

I used to be able to successfully use Opensees within Matlab (Windows XP and Matlab 2007b) with the command:
! opensees FILENAME.tcl
I have just installed Windows 7 64bit and I use Matlab 7.10 R2010a 64bit and the command no longer works. Has the command changed? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.
