some naive questions:
1) I know the Bresler gives an interaction equation for the RC beam section. has opensees covered this model? the bidirectional section command?
2) I notice the Bresler' model is associated with lumped plasticity beam very often. Can the model also apply to distributed plasticity beam? i.e. nonlinearbeamcolumn element or disp-based beam column element?
