steel-concrete composite beam element(based newmark model)

hi,all
is there a element which can model steel-concrete composite beam (considering the slip between steel and concrete)behavior in opensees ?

in opensees beam column elements plane sections remain plane .. you would have to model a compostite beam - concrete deck using 2 elements with zero length between them to model the skip.
